Capuano injured covering 1st base in the top of the first. Removed from the game limping.

 

This kid Pirela real looks good, a bullet for a double, now 7-14 in the spring.

 

...he should have never been signed in the first place.

 

...this kid Mitchell is throwing BP to the Sox.

 

HOLY SHIT! A-Rod goes yard. And Pirela gets another hit. I'm hoping this continues so Drew can ride the pines.

 

...have not seen McCann's "new approach" show its face yet.

 

...this Bird youngster can swing the bat...nice smooth swing. Hope he makes the team.

 

They appear to have a pretty nice core of young players. I just hope we get a chance to see them.

 

...we can thank Cashman's FA signings if we don't.

 

And if they hold a spot for Ryan instead of keeping one of these kids up its gonna suck.

 

Drew's trash. If he doesn't produce I'm hoping they pull the plug quickly enough to let Refsnyder play 2B and Pirela be a regular utility. I like the young talent and hope they don't make any big moves to change that. The young arms are there too, just need the current staff to stay considerably healthy so they're not forced to make a move.

Cashmans best move to impress would be his resignation. And despite the Yankees youngsters Seattle will win the World Series be cause Nostrodamus J.P. Morosi said so. .

The "new" Yankee pride is up their arses. To keep Drew just proves
they are clueless. Another thing, starting the 'older' players against
Boston's farm club, Pawtucket, and being trashed shows me just
where these Yankees are headed. Then again it is only Spring
Training. LOL

 

Watching a replay of game tonight. Who is the
new "voice" broadcasting? I like him.
