Yeah, from what I remember, it was implemented during the covid crisis...but it's not a crisis anymore...I guess MLB is staying with it to cut down n the length of games. IMO, they need to leave the game alone and go back to the way extra innings used to be played.
Holmes has some nasty stuff but his problem is that he has no command of his stuff...can't locate his pitches for shit.
