Yao Ming Suffers from Illness, Tiredness and Needs Rest

Yao Ming, who is no more than 23 years, has astonishingly become a hypertension patient, which is a disease prevailing among middle-and-old-aged people. "Every time when leaving the playground, I am out of breath with my feet heavy as leaded." When talking about his feelings, Yao Ming lost his smiles looking tired.

"As I'm sure many of you have heard, it's been reported that I have high blood pressure. Well, I wanted to reassure all of you that my health condition has been greatly exaggerated in the news and rumors that I suffer from hypertension are false. I have been traveling with the Chinese National Team nonstop for 3 weeks, playing every other day in a different city throughout China and Hong Kong. I have been exhausted because of the grueling playing schedule and the poor security on and off the court. But now that I am back in Beijing and have had some time to rest, I feel back to normal."

He might have said that however he does need to rest. I think he should take a week vacation after his bout with the Chinese team is up. He needs to go to a private island where he can relax. As shape said, the only way to get out of playing for the Chinese team is for him to become an American citizen, something he most likely wont do.

i posted that merely to dismiss the notion of hypertension.

why the hell would you want him to defect? be a fan of the guy for what he is and not what you would make him.
