    My friend just got back from Vegas and gave me my 100 dollars back that I gave him for a bet on Boston. They aren't taking bets on Boston to win it all. So that means if you guys go put some money of LA to win it all, not only will you win if they win, you'll also win if you get to the finals and lose to the Celtics.

    They aren't taking bets on the Celtics. If the Celtics win the title, whoever loses to them in the finals will be considered the winner in Vegas.

    Dude..you are very very wrong

    Sometimes casinos halt betting on something because the circumstances around it have changed (Mikki Moore, Marbury). Once they establish what odds are profitable to them they will put a line for the Celtics back up. It just happened your friend was there while it was in limbo

    If you bet on the Lakers to win it all they have to do exactly that no matter who they play

    Also, I guarantee if your friend looked around he could have placed a bet on BOS. Just the one or two casinos he checked in didnt have a betting line...the others did.

    The best betting you can do is in Europe. Everything is pretty much legal everywhere, and you can mix different sports in one sheet, also you'll find small betting shops in every town that you're in. (they even have it in villages lol)
