Tonight's game against the Grizz was by far the worst game the Lakers have played ALL year. Just horrible. Everyone went cold in the 3rd quarter and on. Including Kobe, who had his worst game all year. I guess it was bound to happen after his performances of late but dam. If there was ever an offnight this was it. It was pretty depressing.Late in the 4th Kobe made a clutch 3 but Smush missed two 3's and the Lakers lost. It was just disgusting. Lakers lost to the worst team in the league when the Grizz were on a back to back and missing Mike Miller and Chucky Atkins. :no3:EDIT: Oh yeah, Kobe had 23 points. Horrible night for everyone. Lamar was 1-7, good rebounding from him though. Lakers lost by 2.
That's why the only good thing about the Lakers is Kobe... LA's not making beyond the 2nd round this year, I would almost bet on it. (Except I won't because if Kobe catches fire, anything could happen )
once bynum becomes a bigger factor aswell as odom stepping it up then things can look better in seasons to come, plus some good offseason moves can help the lakers in the long run because they certainly don't like title contenders this season.

He makes the 2nd most on the team (behind Kobe) and he is retired from the NBA. Anyway, I have not given up entirely on this season, Kobe was bound to have an off night and things will turn around...hopefully.

Man, I was watching the first quarter. I was like "we got this" so I started playing some 360 Too bad though. But it's bound to happen. As long as we bounce back.Didn't Odom have like 9 rebounds in the 1st Q? That was probably the best part.
The Lakers have been so inconsistent this year, 7 game losing streak, 4 game winning 50+ streak, amazing wins, horrible losses, it makes you wonder how they will act in the playoffs.
Missing our starting PG too...Stoudamire.We won because of Tarence and Rudy...they were awesome and Tarence played great D on Kobe.

Besides, Kobe can still make those shots he took. He just....missed. Depressing.
Of course it wasnt just one player...but the majority of his defender was Tarence Kinsey...if it was one-on-one, Kobe wouldve easily outmuscled Kinsey in a post-game.

Im sorry, but when you average just about 50ppg the last 4 games...you just dont come in a shoot like that unless somebody plays good defense on you...just clearing that up.

Kobe can make those shots he took. He just missed. It's called an off night. Poor Shooting night for Kobe, Credit the Grizzlies as a team for doing a Box and 1 but Kobe still should have played better regardless.

A week ago that Kobe dropped 60 on these same Grizzly defenders? Have you already forgotten? Kobe had a terrible, terrible night, the defense was good and was a small factor in that, but the main reason for that was that Kobe just played like sh*t. Kobe's ripped apart enough defenses for me to realize that when he has a bad game it's almost always him.
