They're old. They're just a bunch of old fuddie duddies and they think that they know everything about everything. They're certainly not as hip and cool as us young, non-liberal, non-conservatives. All they worry about is Jesus this and George Bush that... stop worrying about Jesus and start worrying about the environment you old fuddie duddies! Just a bunch of curmudgeons, the whole lot of ya! (Happy Minstrel?)
I know, right? What would the cowboy hat and overall industry do without them? On the flip side, imagine the boom for Colgate or Crest stock if they ever decided to start brushing their teeth!
You know, Nate, all you ever post is sarcasm and snark. All the rest of us try to have civil discourse about the event of the day, trying to help each other make some sense of a confusing world and you just use personal attacks and sarcasm and snark to make people look foolish. It's really petty and childish.
While I share overlap on many economic issues, it's the social issues that keeps me from being a Republican. I not only want the government out of my business, I want them out of my bedroom.
The proper response in this thread is sarcasm and snark Maxie. There's no legitimate posts here please...
But you want them to decide exactly what foods 20% of Oregonians eat each and every meal. You're so contrary.
What I don't like about Republicans is their inability to support their views from a moral foundation. Same gripe about every other party also. I don't think the existence of political "parties" allows any room for fairness, equality, or liberty. I expect them to fade away from US politics entirely by mid-century.
