    Spooking a horse that way and causing it to run/buck is a hollywood stunt.
    The horses I've been around my entire life will do exactly what the horse in this video did 100% of the time.

    Yeah, pretty sure that counts as assaulting a police officer. I remember hearing a story about a dude who fed popcorn to a diabetic horse. The horse died and the dude went to jail.
