What is your favorite NBA moment ever. Since i was too young to remember watching Jordan play I think my favorite moment was the 2004 Lakers/Spurs playoff game when Derrick Fisher hit that impossible J to win the game

Vernon Maxwell hitting his 3 point shot in Game 7 of the 94 Finals while Marv Albert yelled "and Vernon Maxwell hits from downtown!!!!"....once Mad Max hit that three you knew it was over and that we had our first title.

I like two of them. Fisher's shot with 0.4 seconds. And McGrady's 13 points in 35 seconds.

Kyle Korver's sick three pointer over Delonte West to send the game into triple overtime in which the Sixers went on to beat the Celtics 125-124.

Vince Carter dropping 50 on the Sixers in the 2001 series. I remember watching that game from start to finish, and I remember the whole city going crazy and thinking to myself that we had something special on our hands.

Kobe Bryant scoring 81 on the Raptors. I remember in the 3rd quarter he had 55 or something and I remember seeing it on the player-scoring ticker for Sportsnet and I thought it was a typo cause there was still 6 minutes left to go in the 3rd quarter.

Michael Jordan's final shot in a Bulls jersey. I also watched that entire game and it was an unbelieveable finish. Me and my brother went ballistic when he hit that last shot after the steal. I was like 9 years old.

Vince Carter hitting a fadeaway 3 pointer from the corner with 2 people on him to beat the Boston Celtics. I went nuts that night. I think I was like 11 then.

Any Raptors games from 1999-2001 are ones I'll always remember.

Also, Game 5 of the 2001 NBA Finals. I remember watching that game and the Lakers completely destroyed the Sixers on thier own home floor. And I'll always remember Kobe muscling his way through four Sixer players and still laying it in and then flexing his arms afterwards.

Infact, the entire 2001 championship run by the Lakers where they went 15-1. I watched almost every single one of those games and the Lakers were BEYOND dominant that year...still surprised that the Sixers were able to beat them once.

81 points, 62 points in 3 quarters, and Jordan winning his first championship without his father, on Father's day (a special moment I can relate to since my father is my only family member).

?being a Kings fan, my favorite moment was when Goeff Petrie traded Mitch Richmond for Chris Webber. C-Webb put Sacramento on the map and started a short but explosive 5 years of great basketball with the Kings.

?and my least favorite moment was in the 2002 WCF which i still can't get over, when the Kings blew a 26 point lead to those lakers and were robbed by big shot bob...i still can't forget that shot as much as i try...."Horry, for the win...yes!!" ugh gives me the chillz... [IMG]

    I've got a few:

Jordan's final shot in a Bulls uniform. When he dropped that over Russell, I jumped out of my seat and cheered like hell.

Kobe's 81 points. That was the single best performance I've ever seen, and maybe even better than Wilt's 100....but that's already been debated.

Lakers threepeating. In specific of those three, the year they set the NBA record for best record in the playoffs, going 15-1 and winning 11 in a row to start it all out.

DFish hitting it with .4 left. They may not have won the title that year, but that was easily one of the most clutch shots I've ever seen.

And FINALLY...the '01-'02 WCF when the Lakers beat the Kings, coming back from down 3-2 to win the series. Best moment of the series: Big Shot Bob's buzzer beater to tie the series at 2 apiece.

That's easy. When Dr. J came down on a fast break on the left hand side of the court. He took 2 huge steps, cuffed the ball with his wrist, glided to the rim with force to slam it down on the LA Lakers. I believe Michael Cooper was the victim.

Magic filling in at Center his rookie season to win his first of five NBA titles. That was one of my first NBA playoff moments I remember. I was just 8 years old at the time. I think he had a near tripe double. Something like 40/17/6 It was a great game!!

My 2nd favorite moment was of course the 81 point performance by Kobe. Nothing comes close in this era of basketball.

Game 6 of the 1993 Finals Bulls VS Suns. John Paxson's three to win it all in the 1993. I can watch that shot over and over.

In 2001 that whole series with the Philadelphia 76'ers against the Toronto Raptors. That series had so many ups and downs, Allen Iverson and Vince Carter carried their respective teams to 7 games. Then I remember having a party for Game 7 and the whole place went crazy when VC missed that last shot, good stuff. It hit me like a day after that the Sixers were in the finals...
