So when you go out, or if you're trying to get a bit more acquainted with somebody special, what are your usual techniques or methods you use to go about this? I'm a body language guy personally, I work off of eye contact, smiling, movement, touch etc. It works well for me. Last night for example, I walked past this girl who was just standing near some stairs, I shot her a look, and bam! I was in like that, lol. I'm not really one to use pickup lines, I like to go about my usual methods, then build up the conversation off of small talk ("Are you having a good night?" etc.) What about you guys?
Same here. Pick-up lines are cheesy and stupid and put you down as a person. Body language is what I rely on as well, and it's quite easy. Bringing the girl a drink to get a conversation started is another one of course.
I'm not the type to really approach a female, I usually just let thinks work themselves out naturally......

The aggressive approach will get you mad phone numbers but "love" seems to come by accident..... The bottom line is women choose us, we don't choose them. So while you can work on your technique all you want, that might give you somewhat of an edge, but at the end of the day it's not going to be the difference between getting the girl you want and not getting her. i.e. the power of "game" is overrated imo. Any time you see an amazingly hot girl with a dude, 9 times out of 10 she's with him cause she picked him, not because he has mad game....
Thats true, although you do have to give them a reason to want to choose you, charm, wit, comedy, communication etc. all assists in that. I agree that "Game" is overated, in my experiences, I find you can work your way in with a girl just as easy as walking up to her and saying "Hi" then by spitting some cheesy line. I also like the more casual approach, because then I come across as possibly genuinely interesting to talk to, and not as some one who is simply trying to work my way into her pants.
I'm weird, I purposely act shy and awkward. I'll be like, "umm... your hair looks nice today..." and stuff like that to try to get a laugh. I find that most of my charm comes from humor so when I get a girl to laugh I can usually mack from that point.
Not trying to act like a player or nothing, but I've had little difficulty picking up the ladies. (happily married now though) Its all about eye contact, presentation, and THE CLOSING. Don't ever look too excited about talking to a girl. Give her direct eye contact. Don't look embarrassed. RELAX. Remain in control. Don't try to act tough, etc... be yourself.. Be tactful when making your moves, if she backs away, you back off.. Pretty simple ish that many guys dont get... I've been shot down many times, but I've also picked up many times. The key is to keep on with the game... There are millions of fish in the SEA!!! Oh yea, smell good please. #1 turnoff is a smelly guy. That musk ish dont work either. Better to smell like baby powder or something. Strong colonge is a no no as well. Its been awhile since I've tested my game. It may not work anymore. LOL....
When Carmen Electra came to Guam for that stupid movie filming "Curse of the Dragon" or some ish like that, she didn't even give me a 2nd glance, even when I tried using my beach body on her.. lmao.

I've never been one for pickup lines and the like, and in all actuality, I'm an extremely shy guy. Talking to girls is really one of the hardest things for me to do, at least when I'm first getting to know them. Once I at least become a friend, talking to them become less of a strain and lot more relaxed. Thankfully, I don't have to worry about that anymore as I'm currently in a relationship (10+ months and counting now) that's looking rather promising. Plus, I'm not the kind of guy that's even going to think of cheating, so, as I said, at the moment, I really don't need to worry about picking up girls.
I stare at them from across the room when they're not looking, then get nervous as they walk past to go use the bathroom.
