Seeing how we have a separate forum for Rap/Hip-Hop, let's exclude this thread to other genres (rock, electronica, soul, etc.); not that I don't like Rap or Hip-Hop, because I do, but it just makes it easier to narrow down the list and choose between songs if we exclude the genres. (This isn't a rule for the thread or anything, just a suggestion that I'll be following.)

    25) Strawberry Alarm Clock - Incense And Peppermints
    24) Red Hot Chili Peppers - Breaking The Girl
    23) Pearl Jam - Black

Thanks bro'... yano, it's great to see another hip-hop fan into rock music.

So much of the rock out there today is 100% sh*t, but if you go back to the artists like Hendrix of the late 60's and very early 70's, and a few scattered bands afterwards (RHCP, etc.), it's great, great music.

Hip-hop and rock come from the same roots really... and guys like Hendrix play with so much soul that it's hard not to love them...

^^^^yep both were viewed as rebellious forms of music, and slowly but surely both have both succumbed to commercialism.

Couldn't tell you, I don't rate songs. I just have a top 3 or so.

I could however, make a top bands/artists list.

Don't listen to the radio. You just don't get enough of the good stuff. I have so much you'd like, but they're not on the net. Many of you won't agree, I don't blame you, but that's because you don't know about 80% of the stuff I have that I've never posted here before. I'd like to get that stuff up, but I'm not about to go post all that on Youtube or somewhere else.
