The Mavs look like the 06-07 Nets

- Good starting line-up but no quality off the bench.

- Shooting slumps at various parts of the game.

- Can't defend speedy guards.

These things killed the Nets back when, I'm not saying its because of Kidd but it's funny how he took the Nets problems over there.

I said this a couple of weeks ago also. After the first few games of the season, analysts were questioning the Maverick's identity and were saying that they were playing with no energy (2 of the major criticisms of the Nets from last season.)

Definitely. I must of said it several times already, but the Mavs look like the Nets of the West. And unfortunately, that makes it much difficult to make the playoffs in the West.
