Sullinger would qualify....if he were a better prospect.

Edit: Reep beat me to it!

Joe Freeman: Olshey said his intentions — as of right now — are to keep both of the #Blazers lottery picks (6, 11) in Thursday's draft. 3 minutes ago

Did they ask about potentially adding more picks to our draft?

Drummond would qualify if he were an alpha-dog, but he's not. So he doesn't.

Yeah. His offer to us would be like us offering LAC our second rounder(s) for Bledsoe.

Probably the Jason Quick of the Clips' coverage.

Steve Luhm: Damian Lillard looks like he will be the 8th player from a Utah school to be taken in the lottery since 1993. The others are ... 2 minutes ago

Steve Luhm: ... Fredette (2010), Bogut (2005), Araujo (2004), Andre Miller (1999), Michael Doleac (1998), Van Horn (1997) and Shawn Bradley (1993) 1 minute ago

    Talk about curbing one's enthusiasm.

Again, using my white players in the NBA suck method.

    Andre Miller 17.8 career per

All the others are either white or Cuban, so they don't count

It's not all that far fetched to land Lillard at 6 and Rivers at 11, or possibly swing a small trade to move up a couple spots to get Rivers with the 2nd pick. If those two have among the best chances of any in the draft of becoming true leaders (with the skill level to go along with it), why not pursue both? At the very least, you've got a young backcourt to build around for the hopeful future. Best case scenario, you end up with a Dumars/Thomas type combo.

I was kidding. All of the other guys were big white guys with reps for being soft. Jury's still out on Jimmer.

I wouldn't be upset with this. Still not quite sure why some here are so down on Rivers. But I'm not on the same level with the "experts" on this board.

The big concern is so far he has shown little interest or ability in sharing the ball. If he can overcome that, then you just have to get his shooting percentage up a bit.
