I smoked a ham for 2 hours in coke, brown sugar and honey and it came out oh sooooooo good. So moist!

Thinking about buying one. Has everyone that bought one still use it years later?

I use mine a couple times a week. Everything comes out delicious. Solid purchase.

I had to tone it back because I smoked everything and made people tired of it. I still use it a few times a month with plans to increase this summer, 2+ years of use and still love it.

I also dialed back the smoking a bit and used it more than I had been as a grill. Not the most optimum use of it, but until I moved into the new apartment (and couldn't have a balcony grill anymore :dammit: ) I was using it probably 3-4x a week.

I've had mine for 5 years. Use it about every day in the summer, at least once a week in the winter.

Using the Traeger for the first time this summer season today! Quick and easy, smoked BBQ chicken breast with Corn, Watermelon, and cold Macaroni Salad (mustard, mayo, celery seed, ditalini, sweet pickles). Store bought apple pie for dessert.

    Anybody else grilling/smoking today?

Hey, getting rid of our old gas grill and currently looking for a new BBQ. Anybody ever had one with a griddle on it as well? I think my wife wants one with a griddle.

So buy the grill that YOU want and then buy an aftermarket griddle (Amazon etc) for her. I've been thinking about getting one for my Traeger.

Get a Blackstone and a small traeger. They do different things well.

I did my first chicken on a traeger. Came out very good.

Generally I just stick to tri tip and brisket.

Did beef bugolgi from Costco tonight: Was delicious. Will definitely get more if that in the future. Especially for $16
