Throw some names in this bitch.

you know the drill, preferably players that are buried somewhere else.

I'll start

Alec Burks.

Dario Saric: A true facilitator. Very similar skill set to Ben Simmons.
Jordan Clarkson: Elite 6th man potential.
Mario Hezonja: floundering in Orlando. Still has big upside.
Stanley Johnson: Similar situation to Hezonja. Big upside.
Jarrett Allen: Trade up - could be top-5 next year if he stays at Texas. Joakim Noah upside. Elite length.
Jahlil Okafor: Could thrive in an Enes Kanter role. Valuable trade asset if he does.
Ante Zizic: Similar to Jarrett Allen. Would look great next to Nurkic.
Jonathan Jeanne: Extremely rare size and mobility. A project that can payoff HUGE if you're patient. Not much improvement - desperately needs an NBA weight program.

I'd trade for Stanley Johnson. He was great at UA.

Kyle O'Quinn to back up both center and power forward positions. He's cheap, underutilized and available.

Wonder what the asking price would be. Would the Knicks be interested in Leonard and a pick?

I've been suggesting CLE's 1st plus Ezeli's almost expiring contract for O'Quinn + filler. They really don't need a player in return, and need to shed salary, not take on more, but it's the Knicks, so you never know.

I want us to get Alec Burks, for selfish reasons. A really good friend of mine played AAU with him. Pretty sure a ticket or two might come my way if he's a blazer.

With the future of Jabari up in the air I doubt the Bucks will move Middleton
Middleton's a SG/SF, Parker is a PF.

They have Brogdon who's more of a 2. They need a PG and C, as well as a solid backup 4 and emergency starter.

Therefore, you could trade assets to BKN, they could trade Lin and Lopez to MIL, and we could give them Aminu while taking back Middleton.

Lin / Delly
Brogdon / ?
Giannis / Snell
Parker / Aminu
Lopez / Henson

That's a pretty damn good squad right there. Lopez is probably as valuable as Middleton and they get two more good pieces. You also have Giannis surrounded with 4 deadly shooters. Brogdon also moves to his more natural position.

I would take Middleton over CJ next to Dame. I think Middleton is underrated.
He is but I still wouldn't take him over CJ.

Middleton to me is Jimmy Butler who shoots less and is therefore more efficient. He's a better spot-up shooter who isn't as much of a malcontent.

Due to that, I think he'd fit better than Butler.

I'd give up anything outside of Dame and CJ to add him. He'd be the perfect SF.

I'd rather have Middleton starting at SF next to Dame and C.J.

We would keep our high scoring backcourt intact and starting Middleton, Vonleh and Nurkic would give us three solid defenders to pair with our defensively porous backcourt.
