    Interesting to read the police report. He wasn't pulled over while driving; he was stopped in a right lane. Police observed him for 20 minutes before interacting with him. Nobody ever actually saw him operate the motor vehicle.

    I wouldn't be surprised if a lawyer ends up getting it reduced to unlawful stopping.

    The car was totally fucked up though. Two of the tires were flat. The bumpers were all crunched. I think it would be hard to make that case.

    But at the same time, do they convict people who have diabetic episodes while driving?

    This could rapidly change if he injured or killed someone. I bet the cops are doing a check into any possible damage that was done.
