We just lost to the hawks, the worse team in the league.

It wasn't just a loss....it was a blowout. The personnel isn't the greatest but also isn't being used well to take advantages and strengths of each player. Also, there is very little ball movement due to over-dribbling and "handoff's" don't really move the defense as much as passing does.

The Blazers do a lot of Iso and Handoffs thereby limiting ball movement and subsequently player movement.

I’m telling ya blow it up. This team is pointless

Even trade dame. Trade Cj. Start fresh and do this thing right

Again I’m telling ya there is no point to this team.

I’m gonna be the first person to tell ya “I told you so”

Another loss coming today

Do you realize just how fucking dumb these posts sound? Blow it all up! Do it right! Rebuild through the draft! Yada, yada, frickin' yada! As if there's some magic formula to a rebuild and if the Blazers will only see the light and blow everything up, the skies will open up and rain down younger versions of Durant, LeBron, and Curry to lead the team to the promised land of an endless dynasty and everlasting championship parades.

Go tell that to the Lakers fans who are now in year 4 of a total rebuild, have had picks Number 7 (Randle), 2 (Russell), 2 (Ingraham), and 2 (Ball) in successive drafts and are still frickin' last in the West and have the second worst record in the league. Most of those picks look to be nothing better than solid, but not superstar, NBA players. The Lakers will need to have LeBron and George decide to move to them in the off-season in order to become relevant anytime soon.

The Timberwolves have been rebuilding for 13 years. They MAY make the playoffs this year, but that would be in large part due to getting Butler in the off-season.

The Pelicans got Davis in 2012 and everybody thought, hot damn, they're building a dynasty around Unibrow. They still have a worse record today than the Blazers despite having two No. 6 picks (Noel and Hield) since they got Davis, and adding Boogie.

The Sixers are doing it right. Five straight years in the lottery, two No. 1 picks, two No. 3 picks, along with a No. 11 and a No. 13. After all of that time, while they may have a positive future in front of them, they're still in the 10th spot in the East and out of the playoffs.

So, yeah, blowing it all up is a fun thing to say, and once in awhile a team can snag that generational talent in the draft. But more often you get solid, but not spectacular players and end up losing. A lot. For a lot of years.

Have you been going to BNM's School of Posting against Trolls? This is great.
