If any of y'all go to Vegas, hit up Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan. They have a dish of the Secreto Iberico Pork lion. Its fucking awesome, tastes like a steak.

Yup, it was fucking awesome. I made that when I was in Barcelona. Figs from La Boqueria market with some freshly sliced Jamon de Bellota. Also mixed in some of the Jamon with some scrambled eggs, it was incredible. Figs and Jamon works really well together, as does Cantalope and Jamon or Proscuitto.
