This guy is intriguing.
6'9.25 in shoes
7'1 wingspan
9'1 standing reach
Good shooting stroke
Athleticism
Ball handling ability

I mean, this guy looks like a far more complete and versatile player than any of our forwards. I could see him coming in and outplaying Little and Hezonja.

Also, giving his size, he's probably more suited to play C then Swanigan (god I can't believe Swanigan is a Blazer again).

Just like any trade someone majority get thrown in to make the trade go through.

Can they waive Caleb? He's at 2 million and the last year of the contract. Kind of doubt he will be in the league at all next year?

Id be surprised if he was still here after the deadline. If he is and the blazers need a spot, he’d be first to go imo.

Neil drafted him in the first round, never developed him, dumped him, traded good players to get him back...

Wouldnt make sense to cut him now unless they needed the roster spot, but yeah, let him walk after this year. He's not an NBA player.

Skal didn’t work?

We don't have the starting unit problem solved to just focus on the bench and development. No I don't think Skal has worked yet, there are just some promising signs but there is a long way ahead of him.
