The Blazers currently have a 4-game win streak on the road, and they'll be putting that on the line in a tough test against one of the best teams in the league.

It's been a while since Portland has defeated a good team. Getting the W against a quality opponent here would give us some hope that we can make some noise in the Playoffs.

if those are the starting lineups, it's going to be a real test of Portland's small-ball lineup

might really need Jones in that game

I'm hoping we come in rested and after a practice with Powell and Nurk we look a lot better. So I'm hoping we do the improbable and beat the Clippers. A man can dream.

I picked the Lakers that so many in here hate so much because... I'm picking the Lakers to win the championship and want to be right. I don't hate LA so I wasn't picking "fuck LA". I do not want to see PatBev and PG13 with rings for being a couple of ship jumping rats and I hope (even though this is a bit ridiculous) that we play them in the first round and Dame sticks them with a dagger to end the series.

Didn’t know where else to ask this, but to anyone who may know—how can I make sure to meet a specific player before/after the game for pictures/autographs when they allow fans again?

I recently got into basketball card collecting and impulsively bought a 1/10 Nassir Little rookie card ungraded. Unfortunately the only way I’ll ever be in profit with that card is if 1) he signs it or 2) he makes an all star team lol. But because I live here, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to go to a couple of games next season and test my luck, just don’t know how to go about it.

Lets toss on that wig and glue it on.

@Darkwebs ....I like what you did with the Clippers' center's name. Now have Mike Rice say it 3x fast.

I do not see the Clippers as unbeatable by any means.
Blazers can get this without question.

At Clippers then at Jazz... Incoming, another 2 game losing streak then win the next 5

Look, loser. You need to stop supporting mediocrity. If we don't win by at least 48, I say fire Stotts, fire Olshey, and trade Dame, CJ, and Nurk. That's what winners do. Constant change!

Mediocrity? Change?? We did 48 just yesterday. Don't set the bar so low.

Needed change is not the same as constant change.

Stolshey needs to go. Thats the needed change.
You enjoyed Game 5 vs OKC. I saw you. That was a Stotts/Olshey/Dame creation.

He scored 50 to get in that position while nothing else was looking good
Got to admit dame was on fire that game but one other note. 3 players other than dame had double digits in scoring and Aminu had 9 so real close to having all the starters in double digits. I was at that game. Hood and Turner didn't do much but the blazers relied on what was working. Lillard from three. The Thunder needed to guard him and they couldn't guard CJ and Harkless (Who happened to be hitting threes that game) and still hold down Lillard. I would say the 34 points from CJ and Mo was pretty important as well.

The right poll question answer is F* LA, The Title said "win" and that means more to Blazer fans than a Laker or Clipper recognition.

Mo and Enes made some shots but CJ was 8 for 19 for 17 points, below his average, so it seems the Thunder could guard him just fine. Dame won this game nearly by himself. Giving any credit to Stotts for that game is just ludicrous, I still remember the look on his face when Dame hit that game-winner, the look of someone whose ass got saved again by the best Blazers in history.

By the way, Harkless didn't hit a single 3 that game.

after the OKC game, Portland's defensive rating improved from 117.1 to 116.5. So, they are almost back to where they were at the all-star break before they played a bunch of bottom feeders and go worse on defense

so, 116.5. If they've truly turned around their defense, they should lose much ground over the next two games when they play the 4th and 1st ranked offenses
