And down the stretch they go. Only 10 games left in the regular season.

After losing 5 in a row, the Blazers have now strung a couple of blowout wins together.

Unfortunately, a third consecutive blowout here is highly improbable because the Blazers will be facing a different level of competition. The Nets are a team of All-Stars. Hell, even their coach is an All-Star.

Brooklyn has the best record in the East and are cruising through the regular season, despite their star players missing significant time.

I'm hoping to see our defensive effort from the previous game carry over to this game. Let's go!

Over/Under on the Over/Under for this game? 250?

Cmon Nets, rest all your players on a back to back please. You have a big game on Sunday against the Bucks. Please, please as we need to win.

Without Harden, we should have a chance to win this game. We’re one of the few teams that has the offensive firepower to match up with Brooklyn. Kyrie and KD don’t get others involved like Harden does.

This game will be a great test to see if our team has figured something out or just won one game against almost no one and then got the Grizz on a cold shooting night. If we win this one, even if the Nets don't have Harden, this is a quality win and it might mean the team will finish the season with some heart and could even show up for the playoffs.

Two blowout wins against play-in teams. My team has heart.

We're not gonna do good in the playoffs when it matters.

Tear it down, fire the coach and the gm, and finally we will have hope we can actually do something in the future.

As currently constructed, the team is awful.

No win will matter.

No loss will matter.

Let's just get this season over with, we are already done.

Harden is out. Perhaps Clayton can score 30. His looks may be deceiving.

Nice to see improved defensive intensity....starting with Dame. Against the Pacers, it was against a shell of a team, but against the Grizz, it was against a team that had punked the Blazers twice in a row on their home floor.

This would be an actual change that could help the Blazers start to play to their talent potential. Now, will it continue against the higher echelon teams where the Blazers have dramatically struggled?

Kyrie Irving (sore right groin) will miss tonight's Nets game versus the Pacers, so that makes him questionable for the back-to-back game against the Blazers the very next night.

Kanter should start over Nurkic.

there... i said it.

i think kyrie plays tomorrow, but durant will get rested

Cmon Nets, please rest all your stars. Just give this one to us.

Missed opportunity @Darkwebs. Poll Q should have been, which would you prefer: Stotts or Nash?

They matter to me. It was fun watching Simons hit 9 threes in a row. Live in the moment.

Durant and Kyrie were out the first time and we lost.
Harden is out for this one and perhaps again one of the other two.

That might give us a chance.

care to explain why
better scorer, better rebounder, less turnovers, less fouls, better field goal percentage, better free throw percentage. the only thing he lacks is defense and that sweet spin move.
