Although TJ's out, the Raps still have a great starter in Calderon. However, his different style of play may in fact help Toronto's play and spread the ball around more evenly. For his part, Toronto will need Jose to do a better job of staying in front of his man.

PREDICTION

Toronto's looked like a strong team as of late and is in the midst of a surprising 3-game winning streak. However, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to continue to separate yourself from the .500 mark. While Indiana has shown the capability to beat any team on a given night, its still a team that Toronto is stronger than in many aspects. If they intend to move away from their early season inconsistencies, this is a game that should be won and I think they will live up to the expectations tonight.

Raptors win 99-95

Jamaal Tinsley and Mike Dunleavy should be feared.
My prediction: 1 point win. Maybe 106-105.

Man this game is ugly from the Raptors side, our starters arnt playing too well besides Bosh. Turnovers are killing us

I can't believe I forgot the girl. I'll make it up for the next game. The Raps got to get on those shooters. Playing zone defense was a poor decision.

Man our defense sucks today, no intensity. Bosh is settling for jumpers, the way were playing I dont know how we can win. Calderon taking alot of jumpers, looks like he is trying to make a play but then comes off a screen and hurrys the shot which I dont like, also Humphries is playing out of his comfort area. Yea he can hit jumpers once in a while but would rather him pass off the shot and keep the possession alive rather then shoot as much as he has.

Um.... wow. I gave up on this one in the third quarter and watched A History of Violence instead.
Toronto scores 18 straight in the fourth? Honestly, WTF?
It's like what happens to us when we play the Mavericks, usually. This week has been the Twilight Zone.
Jason Kapono starting to get into a groove with Bosh back in the lineup I see.

Wow. I left at halftime to help a friend move and was kind of resigned to the fact that it wasn't our night. Awesome win. I really need to watch the game in an hour tomorrow. The statlines in this one are just plain ridiculous.

Ugly game up until the fourth quarter, then we saw magic. 35-18 for the Raptors in that quarter, that's defense. Hump, Kapono, Calderon, Delfino with the block shot, just playing as a team.
Kapono, man what can I say. 29 points with 9-14 shooting and 6-7 from 3 point land, just a solid game for him. Calderon with another great game, 18 points, 16 assists. Jamario Moon, not getting worried, but we need him to score. While he does bring energy, I would like to see him drive to the hoop on his own because right now he is showing why he can make that next step. He needs to learn to dictate his offense to make his opponent go where he wants to go. However, he is a rookie, and the time will come.
Ka-Bosh!!

This game really reminds me of the one we had against Golden State where we held them to like 4 or 6 points in the fourth quarter, IIRC.

Wow, you could see the game kindof changing by the end of the third quarter and that the Pacers were just playing to maintain the lead and not really battling to win the game. Watching Kapono shoot in the 4th was just amazing, coming off screens getting the ball from calderon and hitting a 3 all in fluid motion is a thing of beauty or catching the ball up high and never bring it down to follow through with his shot and just shooting it instead is was crazy.

QUOTE (hustler)

Jamario Moon looks like a hawk. That is all.

A 6'8" small forward? He sounds like a Hawk, too.

Appears as if im the only one in Toronto who does not like Jamario Moon, ill give him props for the couple games he came out defended well and played great offensively but he doesnt seem to bring anything to the table now and I would rather give a struggling Bargnani more minutes then him.
