I'd use the first one if you don't know her that well and have only met her a few times and the latter if you've known her for a while as friends but never got her number. Its really not hard. Just don't be a fuggin creep. Or you could dutty wine her. Not sure what the hell that means but Shake swears by it. I think he calls it the King Shake Dutty Wine and Dine.
