I dunno the area that well, but I do know it was only 1 mile from McMenamins. There were also a couple tract developments that also have income restrictions we looked at, but they were closer to the Expo Center.
Whatever goes there should pay their full share of property taxes and have ample parking. Anything less than that will be a detriment to the area in the long run.
What if you buy a piece of property and want to put a house on it, then your neighbors say you can't live there because we don't like what you represent? Property owners have rights.
