There were also a couple tract developments that also have income restrictions we looked at, but they were closer to the Expo Center.

 

I suppose Section 8 housing could have some income restrictions.

 

Whatever goes there should pay their full share of property taxes and have ample parking. Anything less than that will be a detriment to the area in the long run.

 

What if you buy a piece of property and want to put a house on it, then your neighbors say you can't live there because we don't like what you represent? Property owners have rights.

I dunno. There is (or at least was) income restrictions on some places in the Pearl and in the waterfront buildings. This was supposed to help prices from skyrocketing.
