I'm pretty slow on the uptake, but I've noticed some quality (and some shit) posters that aren't here anymore. Here's my list incomplete list of posters that have gone missing and are missed. If someone knows how to reach out to them, I'd like to see them back.

ABM (living the Wilt Chamberlain life according to BP)
Mags (probably enjoying being a newlywed)
Storyteller (I haven't seen him around in ages)
BrianfromWA (given he was last in Afghanistan, I hope he's okay)
Ed O. (I know he left a while ago, but I always liked his takes)

Who else is missing that contributed to this forum? Please post anyone I've missed and if someone knows these people's contact info, if you could reach out to them it would be appreciated.
 
I'll rep anyone who offers a missing name (with the exception of the obvious trolls who have been banned) or who reaches out to a missing poster on the list.

crandc hasn't been posting much either.
 
Whatever happened to Gambitnut? Did he change his name?
 
IIRC, Brian is back in Washington... just hasn't posted in about 3-4 weeks.
 
I pop in about once or twice a week to lurk, but I've been trying to focus on writing a novel/novella and I'm training to get back into mountaineering. It's a time thing and a discipline thing - two things of which I'm woefully short of supply most of the time.

I think I've seen most of those posters make cameos on occasion.

Storyteller and Ed O I've seen both lurking in the last week.
 
BrianfromWA has checked in since returning from the Middle East.
 
Storyteller won't post here because we allow curse words.

I know people blame me for driving him/her off the board, but I always enjoyed his/her takes. I just wanted him/her to come clean about the educational lie he/she told (which he/she used to belittle others). I hope he/she comes back. Who knows? Perhaps he/she is already here?

Ah, good to know. Story was a man of the cloth and is one of my favorite posters. Knowing him a bit, I completely understand.

No one blamed you for anything. Actually she said I was the reason she left.
