He just added it because Mo was at the wedding. I don't think it's anything. Or at least, anything more than when he complained that everyone he likes leaves (which doesn't say much about those who haven't left).

This. Its surprising how quickly issues like this go away once basketball begins.
 
I hope Neil doesn't let any more of Lillards friends leave until after Lillard signs his next contract. I think all this noise is just Lillards way to tell the Blazers what they need to do to keep him happy.

There has never been any NBA player who has left a max rookie extension unsigned so I have zero concern about Lillard doing that.
