    It seems quicker now, I deleted some junk files and did a disk cleaner.

    I can turn on the skin and plugins if you'd like to try now.

    How full is your hard drive? It is a hard drive and not SSD, right?

    The more full it is, the slower your computer goes with Windows (NTFS).

    its basically half full, but it's a 1 TB hd.

    like I said, now that I cleaned out some crap, it's much better.

    Ok. So far typing is a little lagged, but nothing like it was before. The words show up like maybe, 1/4th of a second behind the typing, whereas before I could string off 6 or 7 words and nothing would show up.

    Maybe you have malware or spyware that affects chrome. It shouldn't be slow if firefox is plenty fast.

    I'm not a windows guy. I don't need malware or spyware or virus scanners on the mac :)

    run malwarebytes, then download spybot, run the immunization feature and that will prevent you getting a lot of spyware.

    Hey Denny, is it possible to add refresh button like the back to top button? Yeah, it's only 2 clicks as it is now for me on chrome but one click right by the back to top would be super convenient and nice

    I removed the rich text editor, and now the speed is fine.

    There is no lag
