No game thread?

Ducks trailing in the 3rd and have no passing game or consistency on defense. Not looking good.

I guess I don't have to waste any more time on Saturday watching the Ducks. The 49ers suck too (but Ducks would still probably beat them). At least I have the Blazers.:breakdance:
 
Good fucking bye coaching staff, no one can defend this.

Alie was the better option and we only saw him for what, two possessions?

Don't get me started about the D either... Pellum is gone, there is no way he stays.

Alie was terrible. Not defending any coaching staff member. But every time Alie game in the offense bogged down. They just stacked 8 in the box. Lockie by default was a better thrower cause he could throw it 3 yards. (Yes I know Alie had the one run)
 
Frost and Helfrich are more to blame than the D for me on this game. Whatever happened to using 2 plays to get it to 4th and manageable? If your QB can't throw and its 3rd and long so you call 2 separate 25 yard passes?

We saw two possessions though! Lockie had some SHIT possessions, and he can't keep the D honest.

We didn't even start him like we said either.

I just really feel like having him would've opened the offense up more.

Helfrich and Frost REALLY shit the bed, they went super conservative up 10 with half a quarter left against a team that can score quick... so STUPID

Nah. Watching Alie I can absolutely see why Lockie has been playing over him. They don't have to respect Alie one iota At this point I'd be more interested to see if Mahalak can at least grow.

Re: Alie starting I think Hopkins was the one reporting it. And then admitted he was wrong.

I was kind of pulling for Griffin this summer when Adams looked to be in doubt. I don't see what that would hurt either at this point. The dbs are a dumpster fire anyway.
 
Welcome back to reality. This is what being a football fan is normally like. The spectacular run the Ducks had for the last half decade is not normal and many UO fans now have unrealistic expectations. Some don't but some do; to expect conference titles every other year is unsustainable.

Look at my Longhorns, we have a much bigger program and far better recruits; before today's crazy upset we were 1-4.

I wonder if the civil war could actually be a game this year.
