Notes:
-Lakers pick goes to the 76ers if 4 or lower
-Brooklyn's pick is unprotected (Lmao)
-Denver gets the better of theirs and New York's pick, Toronto gets the worst. New York keeps their pick if its in the top 3, with Denver retaining theirs.
-Wizards pick is top 12 protected

I forgot to put the date. Yes it's tomorrow evening.

I hope the Lakers lose their pick, and that New Orleans and Minnesota don't make the top 3.
 
Don't want the Sixers to be rewarded for tanking
Don't want the Lakers to keep their pick
Don't want the Celtics adding a top pick to a playoff team.
Don't want the Wolves to add another #1 to their consecutive ROY's.
Leaves the Suns and Pelicans for the poll. Pels are already playoff-caliber if they stay healthy, so that leaves the Suns as my preferred lottery winner.
 
I voted lakers because I think they are the mossy likely to F the pick up/waste the talent.

76ers would be my 2nd choice for the same reason.
 
Jazz will win the 1st pick in the draft.

The forum will go on complete meltdown because that would have been our position in the lottery if only we had tanked.

Tunchi will lead the pack with multiple threads saying we would have been much better off with the 1st pick in the draft vs losing in the playoffs.

I will grow so tired of the complaining and arguing that I will have a meltdown and suddenly ban 10 people.

Denny will unban the ones I banned and ban me.

Mediocre Man will video himself laughing maniacally while strangling a stuffed dog and post it on the forum.

Big Game Damian will be named head mod.

a.) jazz will trade said pick to portland

Or

b.) Jazz's pick will be turn out to be a bust, verifying that Portland made the right choice not to tank

Actually the Warriors are...the Lakers will be forced to trade it to them along with bandwagon fans for a 2083 2nd rounder
 
I voted Suns because...Well....Not sure really? Just figured they could use it and still not really compete?
Honestly i don't want any team other than the Blazers getting better.
 
I voted Celtics. They have so little individual talent other than (lil)I. Thomas. They've wasted recent picks with Sullinger and Olynik. Even adding a #1 won't help them much. And they're possibly going to stuck with 6 second round selections too.

But....happy that they have BKN pick!!!!

I don't know. The Celtics i thought were going to make noise this year. They can play.

Right? I picked Philly and see I'm tied with the suns at 9. How could anyone pick a team near us? You people are crazy. Philly will fuck it up, in fact you might make a case for another team solely because Philly will help number 2 make the right choice.

I pick Philly first because they'll draft a clone of what they have and need to trade one of them...or Boston for the same reason..Philly has the least impact on our record next year....I don't want the west improving that much except in Portland
 
I voted 76ers since:
I don't want it to go to anyone in the West
I double don't want it to go to the Lakers
Even when bad Celtics fans still strut

Lesser evilism.
 
I voted Ben Simmons to the Lakers. He and KD and in two seasons Westbrook will be a blast to watch play together.
 
The Sixers for the first pick. And then, as long as the Fakers lose their pick at 4, I don't care. Pisses me off Boston Is getting so many picks. If there's one team that knows how to draft it's them.

Well, they actually draw the numbers in a private room, and then reveal the winner later while on TV. I have no idea why Mutombo would have been in that room, but supposedly they keep you locked in there or something along those lines. It will be interesting to see if they actually win.
