• Friday marks the first of two regular season matchups between the Trail Blazers and Magic in 2016-17.

• Portland and Orlando split the season series, 1-1, in 2015-16, marking the fourth consecutive season in which these teams split in the regular season.

• Portland’s 37 point victory (121-84) over Orlando on Dec. 18 of last season represents the Trail Blazers’ largest margin of victory in 29 wins vs. the Magic, all time.

• The Trail Blazers have won four consecutive home games against the Magic, and are 6-1 in their past seven games vs. Orlando at the Moda Center.
