And Steve Balmer payed 2 billion dollars for them.

LA is going to have two shitty NBA teams and Alford constantly underachieving in Westwood. USC look to be under the right direction under Andy Enfield. But all that old Trojan money doesn't care about basketball.
 
Cavs down 27 to the Spurs halfway through the 3rd.

Our Cleveland pick could get even better. Washington and even Toronto are within range of catching the Cavs. Cavs are ranked 29th in defense since the All Star break.
 
Kings cannot even tank properly. Second win in a row moves them up from the bunch of teams that have 27 wins.

Detroit are really bad. At a time when they need to be winning to come 8th they go 1-7 with the only win being against Phoenix (so it does not count as Phoenix would lose even if there was nobody else on the floor).
 
Memphis has lost 4 in a row. They have 34 losses and there are 3 teams behind them with 36 losses. We need the Bucks, Hawks and Pacers to get hot. Too bad the hawks have lost 7 straight......

Has more triple doubles THIS season than in the history of the Mavs! A team that had JKidd for years!

Here is an article talking about how Westbrook is leaving his man to go after rebounds regularly and he is DEAD last in contested any shot by players who play 30mpg. It goes onto say the only two people to contest less then the 69 3p attempts Russell has this year is Whiteside and Gobert. How he is allowed the highest shooting % from opposing PG's in the league and how his teammates are pretty much letting him get rebounds to pad his stats. The stats aren't updated from when this was originally posted, I think a month ago, but it still holds fairly true.
Westbrook is amazing and what he is doing is incredible but he is stat padding to try and get those rebounding numbers up to get the triple doubles. I wouldn't vote for him for MVP he is fourth for me but at lot of that has to do with the fact I dont' think his team is championship or even 2nd round worthy and more to do with the fact that the three people ahead of him are doing what they are doing on championship teams
 
He didn't yell at me at Subway, just was kinda rude and talked some smack. But I respect that. I too come from the school of smack talk.
