Nolasco: Joe Shit of the Angels staff. Lost 6 of his last 9 appearances. In the current Yankees situation it would not surprise me to see Jmo lose a well pitched game. Once again due to Deuphis Ducks Clippard and Holder up to their usual low performance. Since the losing streak began the Yankees Pen has permitted 16 runs from the 7th inning on. Five by Clippard who stated after last nights game that "everyone had to shape up and improve. Hope he was looking in the mirror when hae made that comment.

Gardner -LF
Hicks -CF
Judge -RF
Holliday -1B
Castro -2B
Sanchez -DH
Gregorious -SS
Headley -3B
Romine -C

I hope not seeing Carters name in the lineup means that the Yankees are taking action to get him gone. Now sit Headley and play Torreyes.

Final KC 6, Boston 4, a come from behind win. Now get off of the deck, get out there and play some winning baseball.

Girardi on if Chris Carter is still his everyday 1st baseman: "Yeah, I mean, it's what we have." #Yankees

...not exactly a ringing endorsement...and from what I've read, Cashman has more to do with Carter still playing than Girardi...who knows, maybe last night's performance was the last straw as far as Carter goes...it's bad enough that he's a black hole on offense but he's also a butcher at the 1B position.

...I've been clamoring for Holliday at 1B for awhile now...I hope that putting him there tonight becomes more of a regular thing till they figure out what the deal is with Bird...if there's no clear cut answer by the All Star break, the Yanx need to make a move.

Saw an article today of 5 Yankee Prospects ready for action one being Tyler Austin. DFA Carter call Austin until they find out one way or another about Bird.

1B will always be a questionable issue, especially if 'that's all we have'..............Cashman makes me sick
because he's the puppet maker pulling all the strings. He wanted Carter.......Carter stays. Girardi has no say.

I've pretty much supported Girardi from day 1 but lately he's really pulled some weak shit, This whole deal Carter is a crock of shit. Girardi needs to grow a pair and say God Damn it I'm the Field Manager & I say who's the best fit for this team. Billy Martin would have grabbed Cashman by the stacking swivel and turned his ass inside out.

as long as Carter is on this team, I can't take 'em serious, no fkng way, this is beyond a sick lame joke, Holliday should of been the 1st bagger over Carter any day any game any time.....

With DD's last routine ground ball to his right, with little effort compared to a mud shark, sure DD's having the year of his career with bat and glove, yet that last play is why I can't see DD being the SS of the Yanx future.....one error on the year, but no stats for lack of trying....

Big hit roman now lets keep stretching this lead out

Romine comes through to drive in two, Yankees up 5-2 bottom 6th.

Romine 3 for 3 tonight, when he gets playing time he'll hit. But we still have 3 innings of Bullpen Work. Note to Joe: no Clippard tonight.

Maybe Headley should approach his at bats with the idea that the game is a romp, thus no pressure!
He seems to get his hits when there is no pressure.

...looks like the 7 game misery finally comes to an end tonight...I guess we can all step away from the ledge now...lol.

Joe just could not help himself............. four eyes enters the game in 9th inning. Cannot take this shit.
The only question is " Is a six run lead enough?" Prefer not to see him .

Unbelievable. This guy is an extra base hit pitcher. What a POS!

What the hell is Clippard doing out there, God Damn it Girardi have you fucking lost it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sending Clippard out there tonight was idiotic on many levels. I know it would be great to get him straightened out but tonight was not the time or the place.

Wow. Girardi has lost it! Trying to give confidence to this loser is hopeless. Everyone knows it except Girardi!
Trying to straighten him out is not working. Send him down and let him get his shit together,
not during regular games. He can quickly turn the game with what he is pitching/throwing
now.

Ending the losing streak is what it was all about tonight. Moving back into first place is a bonus as well. Now hopefully build on it.
