A good rebounder who can score around the rim, stretch the floor and is a good shot blocker. Why the hate? He is exactly what we needed and we can start developing him immediately because we have a void in this position.

Just because Meyers is shit doesn't mean he has to be too. You'd also hate Porzingis two years ago because he is a white center/power forward?
 
I'm not sure who to compare him to, the player that comes to mind is Rasheed Wallace, in terms of being long, tough, athletic, can score inside and outside, good defender. Dude plays like he has balls.
 
I don't know anything about him, so I can't really comment. Just hope he proves worth the trade/pick.
 
So can we make both fanbases happy and take Jordan Bell at 26??
 
I mean a lot seem to like it. Im not feeling it and am scared of Meyers 2.0, but I hope the lot of you for it are right. Still we could have kept our #20 pick and given up the 26th.

Are you stupid? If Sacramento would have taken 26 instead it would have been 15 and 26.
 
Maybe he is a part of another deal to bring in someone else. I agree, Meyers comes to mind with this selection

Nothing like Meyers besides skin color. Can move laterally, score in the post, protect the rim, and most importantly, the thing that sold me on him, he doesn't give a fuck. Plays with emotion. Not scared.

Sold more. This is the 3rd time I've seen someone mention his tough attitude. This matters. Love it. Ordering a Collins jersey now haha...
