OT Drive By Outside My Window

There was just a drive by shooting right outside my window. Pulled my wife off the bed. Scary shit. A kid got shot. Whole street is blocked off by a city worth of police vehicles.

I just heard. I heard a woman screaming, " they killed him" then "Hes alive" when the paramedics arrived. Road is still completely blocked off. Police are removing bullets from my building, right above my sons room.

Apparently it all started at a bar down the street. There was a confrontation there. Then the shooter(s) chased a group of people back here then tried to mow them down.

I welcome a little humor after a sobering smack of reality like the one that came my way this morning. In fact I think humor is neccessary in the face of such moments. Lets just remember an 18 year old lost his life, and be respectful of that.

Guessing by the circumstances and location, the original dispute must have started at BC's. That bar is a shit hole and draws a lot of drug/ prositution. Just a hunch.

I love it. Last time I went to Safari, the stripper who was dancing for me got off the stage, told her manager she was leaving and took me to Rose City Strip. All of the dancers knew her so we got free drinks and lap dances. The after party was fun. Just me and 4 strippers, booze, and a motel room.

So, I've got nothing against Safari.
