Both of the corrupt officials were Obama holdovers, and it was Trump's DOJ who busted them less than 9 months into his Presidency.

The contractor suspiciously carries the same name as the DNC's leader-in-waiting, Keith Ellison.

How strange that they are accused of stealing the exact same sum the Clintons stole the same way from Haiti, although the Clintons also caused hundreds of deaths on top of it.

1. Asha Tribble represented the U.S. at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties throughout the Bush Administration. She was appointed to her position by Trump;
2. Donald Keith Ellison was the former president of COBRA Acquisitions and COBRA Acquisitions was selected to restore power in Puerto Rico by the Trump administration;
3. Jovanda Patterson was hired by COBRA which was selected to do major work in Puerto Rico by the Trump administration;
4. This all happened under Trump's watch.

No, I'm claiming she wasn't only appointed by Trump. She's been around quite awhile. I doubt virtually anyone could have known she'd do this.

She didn't do this under Obama. She did it under Trump, who appointed her to her current position. Trump's swamp is one of the most corrupt administrations ever. In an administration where such behaviors are the norm, and everyone is doing some felonious shit, I am not surprised she went a bad way.

I have made it a point to not venture into the threads,especially post in them because I HATE politics. So fucking much. Its disgusting and corrupt with greedy assholes. From both sides.

This can not go without comment; Taking advantage and using a natural disaster that changed and was the very worst moment in countless families lives that call Puerto Rico home is deplorable and inhuman.

and this just proves crooks can be being highly regarded by both sides. But now a days it only depends on who your are currently working for. Is it all possible that neither administration knew she was a crook?
 
I remember when the company that did this fraud was first given the contract. It was big news because this was a very small company with few employees. They were not qualified to even bid on the contract. The administration defended the company and bidding process. At that point they should have been carefully watching this company and if they were fulfilling the contract. Instead they not only let the company keep the contract but doubled the value of it 4 different times. American citizens were living without electricity. This was cruel and wrong. There should have been oversight from the administration on this.

I never said she didn't do those things but what I said was 100% correct. Anyhow, Trump doesn't believe in any vetting beyond what Obama did. So, he trusts the judgement of the guy he says we shouldn't trust. Kind of a lot of nonsense, I'd say.

Trump has the worst vetting process I've ever witnessed in my life. In many cases he doesn't vet at all. The lone exception is the vetting of my ex-wife when we started dating. Of course I was just 21.

In Obama's case he either missed by poor vetting or her future proclivity to crime didn't yet appear. In Trump's case he did zero vetting.

It's irrelevant where a person works before. It's only relevant where they work when they commit a crime. If I work for Chevron and then switch jobs to Shell and commit a fraud while at Shell, is Chevron to be equally or even partially blamed? You really need to ease off on all the excuse making for trump and his administrations blunders. The list of felons coming out of the trump administration doesn't concern you?

I've no idea but I do know that Trump does as little vetting as possible and when he does vet he does a shitty job. I give you staff secretary Rob Porter.

Well, we'll soon be finding out if Obama has. Hillary and Bill are complete angels, so we'll keep them out of the equation.....other than the sweet image of Hillary being our Prez right now. I can only imagine.
