Looks like more allegations of sexual misconduct by Kavanaugh.

So pathetic. GOP keeps hitting a new low. This chump is a piece of garbage and he’s on the fucking Supreme Court.

Lord!
The democrats could still get the DA in Maryland to take Kavanaugh to trial over woman that made the big ruckus about him at his conformation hearing.

Why don't they take him to trial???

Well there is only one answer, so continuing to talk about impeachment is just disingenuous noise by dishonest democrats. Phony bastards!

Why don't they take him to trial???

Maybe they will. I don’t know the process. It’s not my job. But whatever it is I’m sure it’ll get stuck behind the GOP and that’ll be that. So what’s the point? It would take someone with a good conscience and some moral fiber to remove him- so it won’t.

Nah! The GOP has no way to prevent justice! Can't think of many that would. If the Democrats and or this woman had the goods on Kavanaugh. Hell, the DA in that Maryland county could have taken Kavanaugh to trial during the hearing.
There is only one reason they don't, and I sort think it is your business to know. It sure isn't due to lack of will! The democrats would love it! He/She would be an overnight hero, complete with gig on CNN! What coup that would be.
But they don't.
Why?

I have no idea as to what may be the actual facts around this thing, but man, talk about sleazy journalism. The Times "essay" neglected a few important facts like, nobody recalls what happened and nobody is actually claiming that it's a fact.

"The essay includes a previously unreported allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh involving a female student while he was at Yale University. NPR has not confirmed the allegation. The reporters include the name of someone who said he witnessed it, but that person has declined to speak publicly about it and has not responded to NPR's attempts to reach him. According to the Times, the female student also declined to be interviewed, and her friends say she doesn't recall the incident."

Yeah, let's call for a lynching.

Yeah, let's call for a lynching.
There are other witnesses (plural) who say they heard about the event shortly after it happened.
Let's keep an open mind until someone with some authority does some research.

Make the judge stand trial in Maryland for his alleged crime. Due Process.
Then impeach his ass if he is found guilty. Do you really think Senator Mitch would protect him? No friggin way, Dems would rule the day!!

Hell, they forgot about the fact that the woman is now on record, that her motive in coming forward with the charge was to protect the Rowe v Wade ruling.

lmao! your Moscow Mitch who stated he would do everything within his power to make sure Obama didn't get anything passed and has now said he will not put forth any bill on the floor that trump won;t pre approve which would prohibit the senate from using their power to over ride a veto. That in a nutshell Moscow Mitch (I like to obstruct justice) McConnel. Guys like you just bury your head and ignore the facts.

Yeah, for the life of me I wonder why these people wouldn’t want their names out there to the world. People are usually so nice and forgiving after all.

What is the "top"? I mean, really? As an example, in a publicly traded corporation...is it Board of Directors? Or is it the shareholders...the individuals?

PS- speaking of at bats, I bet I could throw a fastball right by you and you wouldn't even make contact. You have no game oldie.

Sure, but just how do you plan to impeach a sitting Supreme Court justice without a witness or a shred of evidence that would stand the light of an impeachment inquiry? Democratic congressional leaders are treating the calls for impeachment like the total non-starter that it is. https://www.politico.com/story/2019/09/16/house-judiciary-kavanaugh-impeachment-1498124
