Hell, the DA in that Maryland county could have taken Kavanaugh to trial during the hearing. There is only one reason they don't, and I sort think it is your business to know. I have no idea as to what may be the actual facts around this thing, but man, talk about sleazy journalism. The Times "essay" neglected a few important facts like, nobody recalls what happened and nobody is actually claiming that it's a fact. "The essay includes a previously unreported allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh involving a female student while he was at Yale University. NPR has not confirmed the allegation. The reporters include the name of someone who said he witnessed it, but that person has declined to speak publicly about it and has not responded to NPR's attempts to reach him. According to the Times, the female student also declined to be interviewed, and her friends say she doesn't recall the incident." Yeah, let's call for a lynching.
There are other witnesses (plural) who say they heard about the event shortly after it happened. Let's keep an open mind until someone with some authority does some research.
Make the judge stand trial in Maryland for his alleged crime. Due Process. Then impeach his ass if he is found guilty. Do you really think Senator Mitch would protect him? No friggin way, Dems would rule the day!!
