Justin Termine on NBA radio thinks the Lakers and Clippers would rather play the Blazers in the first round over the Pelicans. Reason is Pels play at a faster pace, They have a deeper bench and they are more athletic.

...and the Pels are a better team

With Dame, Nurk, and Collins - that matchup is HEAVILY in our favor. The Pelicans are the flavor of the month and all - but they start Lonzo Ball. I repeat - they start Lonzo Ball.

Without Dame, of course the Pelicans are better. With Dame I think it's even.

@PtldPlatypus has already written it in stone that the Pelicans will get the 8th seed.
Then I threw the tablets down in anger, broke them into a million pieces, and rewrote it a second time.

Thunder wanted us too.

When you guys talk about Injurys, y'all only talk about Nurkic and Collins (and now Dame too), but y'all forget ma bruh Rodney Hood. He was balling on crazy good efficiency. Let's not forget the guy who saved the Denver series !!!
