Honestly I like this guy a lot. If he earns the starting SF spot next to RoCo, over Hood and Zach, then he is well worth it.

Edit: In two years when we're using the entire early bird exception to keep this guy on the team, this deal will look great.

I like the idea of Jones, means we will play smaller with Covington at the four. Jones and Hood can alternate in fourth quarters depending on the matchup. Still only 23.

Seems like a little bit of an overpay for him, but I'd guess that means they couldn't get a starting quality PF for the MLE.
