80 bandits converging on a target of their choice, in nice cars. Why? not payed enough, bored, excitement, are they young Robin Hoods? are they drug addicts or just punk kids that have zero respect for others?
I guess there are strength in numbers?

Something that big had to be planned, probably over social media. If you can find that, you find alot of people involved.

Comb through video and arrest everyone involved you can.

Looks like a lot of young people. Good job parents. One way to stop it is for parents to teach their kids values and not to be thieves.

Is this a form of protesting?

Probably going to see more of this sadly.

It happened in SF as well, but cops showed up a bit late but they were aggressive once they arrived.

Well, if you are robbing a store cops probably aren't going to be in a nice mood.
 
These weren't poor kids either. Maybe, I could understand that a little better. These are kids with nice cars that they probably got from mommy or daddy. They didn't need to take any of this stuff. They were doing it just to do it.

They shouldn't be, imo, the only deterrent is arrest them and let them do time and fine them big time.
Flash Mob robberies, never though Id see the day. Its close to anarchy when they think they can simply overpower someone , someplace, all masked up destroy and steal.

It's going to lead to bad things.

If the cops come while they are still there and the looters with guns pull them out. That's going to be terrible. I don't want to even think about it.

The thieves pulverized the store windows and inside too, so I can of like the fact they got a little payback. I think you need to be tough on these types of crime and it will take some tough cops, what are the options?

People are thinking these cars are stolen.

Many of the car break ins in SF, the peeps are in BMW and Mercedes. It's the same people who do the organized shoplifting sprees.

SF DA recently got enough signatures for a recall so now he is going to maybe enforce the laws temporarily

Spray water on the floor, then toss in a live wire. Drop fishing nets on them , take them to the bay and throw them into the dark murky waters.

If the local mayors don't do a thing the stores will move out, or locals will begin protecting the businesses.

They are hitting upscale malls in OC now too. Robbing diners as they eat.
