Blame Kane because this team just wants to play on the perimeter and try high risk low % passes, and never shoot. This is their MO. Panarin and Fox have been doing it for a long time. The Pens goal was perfect actually, terrible TO in our own zone, they actually shot the puck from the point (we almost never do), and they get a lucky bounce. 1 regulation goal against Buffalo - they let in 10 the game before. Followed by 1 goal against the weak on D Pens through two periods. I have to say I hate just about everything about how this team is playing right now. It's a joke really. No life, soft, pu**y hockey. Wake the F up, go North-South, and get some pucks on net. And Gallant needs to grow balls to hold these guys accountable. I am starting to get fed up with his soft sh*t as well. BTW - as for Kakko, I have no like or dislike for him, I just call them like I see them. The guy has WAY underachieved here. Misses open nets, doesn't play strong enough, invisible for long stretches. That's reality. Blame him, blame the coaches, blame both, I don't give a sh*t who gets the "blame", but the results are the results. You cannot spin that. No way do I trade him just to trade him, but I would not be adverse to it in a good deal for us, and/or if we needed cap space - again in a good deal for us.
Finally, we are showing some dominance, now hit the back of the net Kakko took that hit very well. Now, use that kakko and kick some ass
