First of three games in seven days against the Penguins. Should be a fun week of hockey!

 

Blame Kane because this team just wants to play on the perimeter and try high risk low % passes, and never shoot. This is their MO. Panarin and Fox have been doing it for a long time. The Pens goal was perfect actually, terrible TO in our own zone, they actually shot the puck from the point (we almost never do), and they get a lucky bounce.

1 regulation goal against Buffalo - they let in 10 the game before. Followed by 1 goal against the weak on D Pens through two periods.

I have to say I hate just about everything about how this team is playing right now. It's a joke really. No life, soft, pu**y hockey. Wake the F up, go North-South, and get some pucks on net. And Gallant needs to grow balls to hold these guys accountable. I am starting to get fed up with his soft sh*t as well.

BTW - as for Kakko, I have no like or dislike for him, I just call them like I see them. The guy has WAY underachieved here. Misses open nets, doesn't play strong enough, invisible for long stretches. That's reality. Blame him, blame the coaches, blame both, I don't give a sh*t who gets the "blame", but the results are the results. You cannot spin that. No way do I trade him just to trade him, but I would not be adverse to it in a good deal for us, and/or if we needed cap space - again in a good deal for us.
