What team will you root for in the playoffs?

They have no chance, but it'd be cool to see the Magic make some noise. Pacers would probably be my second choice. Can't root for any of the west teams, especially since the top 3 are all in our division, but if I had to choose one, probably the Wolves because of their history of haplessness, plus it's nice to see a team succeed after making an aggressive move like they did with Gobert. Definitely rooting for the Kings in the play-in.

Wolves are winless against the Suns this year and are matched up with... the Suns. The Bucks are also terrible against the Pacers.
 
Basketball is not dead to me.....but I do lean towards the "Fuck Them All" part.

I am ok with Dame winning though. If I had to pick a team in the West I would probably go with Denver to repeat. I like Jokic and hate the rest of the teams

The local talker here is PHX said Edwards is 0-7 against Beal when he was with Washington and is 0-4 against him as a Sun. Interesting stat.
 
I'll be watching the Suns. They are great for our bar economy down here and I have many friends that own bars here.

Agreed. I've always liked Jokic - the most Sabas-like player since Sabas.
 
I'm not angry about it or at the remaining teams, but I doubt I watch any basketball the rest of the year. I just don't care.

I will be watching May 12, though!
 
I tend to like place I lived, so in my case it is NYK and GSW in that order.

Who is going to win, Boston/Dallas
 
West:

For -> Thunder, Suns
Against -> Warriors, Lakers, Pels


East:

For -> Magic, Pacers
Against -> Heat

Ha, I am just the opposite. I tend to hate the teams where I lived. Except for the teams I grew up loving. (Blazers and Ducks). Every fan base is annoying but when you live there as an adult and you interact with the local fans......it is amplified. So any team in Utah (Jazz, Utes, BYU) or LA........ I tend to hate with a passion.
 
Im hopeful that the Bucks win it all with Dame and icing on the cake would be if he matches up against the heat and puts the dagger in them, a few time or more.
 
Easiest vote ever.

If the blazers aren't in it, stop watching. There's no reason.

The Magic always seem to win game 1 then fizzle out.
 
1. SAC eliminates Golden State — one and done. Pick to the Blazers. Not a fan of Kerr, et.al.
2. New Orleans drops Lakers, Lakers lose to SAC, Lebron and AD and Lakers eliminated. F the Lakers.
3. New Orleans swept in first round. Mediocre … basketball purgatory so long as CJ is there.
4. Heat and Sixers 1st round and done vs. Boston and NY.
5. Denver eliminated in 2nd round upset after beating CJ.
6. Clippers eliminated in 1st round … a team full of “stars” who should NEVER win a title. I don’t mind Ballmer, but he’ll have to rebuild first.
7. Still holding a grudge about OKC stealing our hated rival.

Rooting for the Suns, since I live in AZ.

I like 1-7
But I can't stand KD, so unless they are playing the Lakers...... F them too.
 
Fuck the Lakers, of course. I'm not a fan of Luka's ball dominance style of play so I'm hoping the Mavs don't make a deep run. Other then that I'm just wanting to see great hoops and not rooting for or against anyone though I expect the Nuggets to win it all again.
