Seattle is in the Blazers marketing/broadcast area that is set by the NBA. So the games will not be blacked out in Seattle. But that will more than likely change if/when Seattle gets an expansion team.

ROOT is/was also available in Alaska, making Blazers games also blacked out on NBALP there.
No one is assigning the Blazers blame; the broadcast regions are still hilarious.

The biggest issue for me will be if they fragment the streaming options among multiple services. That seemed to be the way the league is going with national broadcasts. It would suck to have 10-15 games or so on 6 or 7 different platforms.

It couldn't be much worse. In fact, I struggle to see how any TV deal could possibly be worse from a fan's perspective.

Probably but I just read that the Kraken signed a deal with KGW to broadcast their games in the Portland market, so chances they get broadcast deals with TWO pro teams is unlikely at best.
