Preseason starts Oct 23, so I’ll speculate Oct 13 for fanfest. Awesome thread!
 
The Blazers TV deal with Root ends effective preseason game 1.

So the fan fest is being televised on Root.

You are correct sir. First preseason game is October 11th. But NBA teams can't even begin to practice until 10/1 (except for the Nuggets and Celtics, who can begin a week earlier). So FanFest will have to be a weekend day in-between those dates. Weezer is in the Moda Center on Sunday 10/6, so by process of elimination, it would seem that Saturday 10/5 is the only reasonable date available.

Last year's FanFest was announced mid-September, so I imagine we won't officially hear for another 4 weeks or so.

I watch the internal feed every year, on the semi-legal sites, Fams! Join the Other Side! Think about the Underground Fan Fest as you watch the son of the Commander of Naval Forces during the Gulf of Tonkin Incident.

 
Just got word. It will be on October 5th which is a bummer. I won’t be able to attend.
 
So are they all present at the practice facility yet?

This actually makes me sad. Someone who loves their team as much as Jinxspeed should be able to attend all they can
