<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "vinsanity03":</div><div class="quote_post">ron isnt underatted anymore, i think Gilbert Arenas, Matt Harpring, Ricky Davis are very underatted any they improved so much.</div> Hes still underrated. The only reason pple talk about him is bcuz of his temper.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Gilbert Arenas He is so damn great,he has great stats and his moves are awesome. He won Rookie MVP award but he is still underrated. Mike Bibby and Andre Miller are both considered one of the best PG's in the NBA but Gilbert is better than them Here is head to head comparasion Gilbert Arenas PPG 17.8 RPG 5.0 APG 6.4 SPG 1.59 BPG .23 FG% .438 FT% .784 3P% .343 MPG 34.5 Mike Bibby PPG 16.3 RPG 2.9 APG 5.4 SPG 1.19 BPG .14 FG% .458 FT% .809 3P% .406 MPG 34.6 Andre Miller PPG 14.3 RPG 3.9 APG 7.0 SPG 1.27 BPG .14 FG% .407 FT% .805 3P% .212 MPG 37.7 Gilbert is better in almost every stat category and his game looks nice,he can dunk,he has great moves and he is younger than both of them Gilbert is only 21,Bibby is 25 and Miller is 26. Gilbert is taller than both of them,he is stronger,he can play PG and SG. He is younger and his dunks are very good. Arenas is better than them and they are getting a lot more attention. Another underrated Warrior is Troy Murphy. He could also get most improved player award becuase his numbers are very good and his defense is great. Here are 2 opponents Ricky Davis 2001/2002 season PPG 11.7 RPG 3.00 APG 2.2 SPG .84 BPG 28 2002/2003 season PPG 20.8 RPG 4.70 APG 4.9 SPG 1.65 BPG .36 Matt Harpring 2001/2002 season PPG 11.8 RPG 7.10 APG 1.3 SPG .86 BPG .06 2002/2003 season PPG 17.8 RPG 6.80 APG 1.7 SPG 1.09 BPG .26 They are good but Troy improved big time also Troy Murphy 2001/2002 season PPG 5.6 RPG 3.60 APG .8 SPG .44 BPG .26 2002/2003 season PPG 11.9 RPG 11.3 APG 1.3 SPG .90 BPG .34 </div> stats aren't everything. ya know Darko Milicic from uhhhhhhh that place. he gets like 12/6/4 a game and is projected #2. Mike Bibby doesn't average many assists but is a great passer and leader. Bibby GP Dre are all better than Gilbert cuz they have experience. Jalen Rose, Spreewell, they both suck but get good stats most underrated is Ron Artest Brad Miller Jon Bender or Elton Brand

how is arenas underrated? he won most improved and was touted all season as a big free agent, how is that underrated? most underrated are the guys who come out and do a job each night that doesn't get noticed like ur t-macs and kobes, ppl like brent barry, matty harpring, kurt thomas etc as for underrated stars (ppl who get recognition but not as much as they deserve), i agree that mash tops that list
Eric Snow is very underrated. He is a great defender and a triple double threat everytime he steps on the court.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting vinsanity03:</div><div class="quote_post">Mike Bibby is overratted, he has an all star team to pass the ball to, theres no reason why he shouldnt average 12 apg.</div> bibby avg'd 18 and 8 when he played for the grizz...sac town run their offence through their big men, so his assits are down, and hes the third scoring option so his scoring is down and btw...he avg'd 16ppg this past season
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting J Tins11 JO7:</div><div class="quote_post"> most underrated is Ron Artest Brad Miller Jon Bender or Elton Brand</div> talk about a homer. Brand gets plenty of attention. Miller made the all star team and Artest is only underrated whne it comes to his scoring. Ill defnly agree with u on Bender though he has more skillz than kenyon martin but doesnt get the playing time
Elton Brand is kind of underrated. You hear more talk about Kenyon Martin then Elton Brand and Brand is a much better player, offensively and he's right there defensively, and is a much better rebounder. Playing for some of the crappiest teams in the league hasn't helped him either.

i really dont think masburn is underrated. hes a great scorer with decent all around numbers but this yea was the first time he played 80 games in a season since 1995!!!! hes games played since then read 18 69 48 24 76 76 40. its not too dissimlar to vince carter. u can have more talent than anyone in the league but if u dont play EVERY game ecxept maybe a few during the year it just doesnt matter cause you cant helo your team when your not in the game
Mash is underrated because he puts up 21,5 and 5..yet no one EVER talks highly of him..not many players can put up great allround stats like that
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting allnet:</div><div class="quote_post">Mash is underrated because he puts up 21,5 and 5..yet no one EVER talks highly of him..not many players can put up great allround stats like that</div> i dontr think mash is underrated and i dont think he is overrated. fans still gave him enough recognition to be on the allstar team and the media also put him on mock lineups. he gets enough respect and he doesnt get too much either.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting allnet:</div><div class="quote_post">Kenyon Martin is one of the most overrrated players in the history of the NBA....</div> thats a great point agree. mash gets plenty of recognition for what he does. he is great player. WHEN he plays but he cant be that underrated because he nevevr plays enough games in a season to show everyone why they should think hes so good.
Olskool...you put 3 r's instead of just 2  as for mash...what people really talk about him or think highly of him? the media never seem to..
sure they do. hes not in every highlight like tmac or something but when your team is going against the hornets in the advertising they say it as your team going up against "Jamal Mashburn and the Hornets". I think he still gets more recognition than baron davis
