I like the text a lot, the bg is cool too, but I dont really like that picture of him holding the bat or whatever that you have blurred in there....
I dont mind the other guy being in there. This looks great.
I dont have too many complaints with your stuff, but some of your execution needs work, all of your ideas are extremley creative though.
