You still have to hire the coaches(scout, trainer, assistant, assistant coach). The new dynasty mode is way better though. You have your own mock...
The only thing that the current gen consoles are missing...is some signature shots and being able to play while the game loads..there might be more...
Another player who lost alot of popularity is Kevin Garnett. I dont see much from him since his team started to go down.
