I'm sure it's a coincidence, but an hour after moving from 100Mbps to 25 Mbps service, our speed has indeed changed... from 100 to 125Mbps. I wonder...
We had an overdue balance we paid on the same call lol so that didn't help!
They didn't offer us much of anything; just the same Internet (105Mbps) plus basic cable for $140. We dropped to 25Mbps only for $70.
