Habs snuck by the Wild to take control of the division over Buffalo.

Wish I could have seen the game cause I heard it was a goodie.

Yeah, he's looked damn good so far. Still gotta go the whole 82 though.

Price vs Danis tonight!

 

Streit scored! I'm still rooting for him even if it's against us.

Price looking shakey so far but that is with all his first periods.

 

We are getting crushed. Islanders seem to always have our number.

Four goal in 12 minutes to win it in the third. I wish I would have gotten to watch the whole thing.

Habs fall victim to Steve Mason in the shootout.

Tomorrow is Price's first game against the Leafs this year. Should be a good one.

 

I never really truely enjoyed the signing of Roman Hamrlik, but tonight it proved how much we need him. Yet another sloppy game that we could get ourselves back into which has been the story of the season. I hope we click before we start making trades because if we can find what magic we had last year with the experince we gained, we will be really good come playoff time.

I also never have liked the Leafs but also never hated anyone on that team really that much until Mikhail Grabovski. He whined his way out of Montreal then plays spineless hockey flopping all over the ice. He butted Price with his stick in Careys groin, Koivu had a talk with him most likely calling him out then his fellow Belarus teammate went after him too and he wouldn't even fight because he is the definition of a '[expletive]' and I hope he gets what is coming to him.

 

Saw Danny Kristo play last night on TSN and he is going to be good. Couple more years and he should be in Montreal.

 

Good game so far. Bounced back after that horrible Leafs game.

Higgins has two so far.

 

Wonderful game for Higgins and Price. First ever hat trick for Higgins and first shutout of the year for Price.

I blamed the last game on our wacky schedule so far but tonights game was very clear that Hamrlik was definately needed. Him and Komy blocked like 20 shots on the PP and just in the game which is great.

I also find it funny that last year all those goons on the other teams would try and fight all our little guys but now they aren't so tough when Laraque is there. He doesn't do much while on but he also doesn't do anything bad either which is perfect. Confidence is then risen within the forwards which equals more sucsess.

 

Going for lucky 13 against the Bruins.

 

Two losses in a row. Looks like Halak might have stolen the spotlight.

 

Big win against the Red Wings. Injuries have hurt us as of late but hopefully after Christmas everyone is healthy.
